shipping methods

After receipt of payment, we will ship the orders within 1-2 working days with the Austrian Post send.

Delivery times vary:

  • 1-3 working days for Austria.
  • 3-5 working days for Germany.
  • 3-7 working days for the rest of the EU.
  • For all other countries, delivery times are available upon request.

 

Any export or import duties incurred during shipping, especially for deliveries outside the EU, are to be borne by the customer. The customer assumes liability for the products upon handover to the parcel service. Damage caused intentionally or through gross negligence is insured up to a maximum of €500. It is important to check the shipment for completeness and integrity upon receipt.

Any visible damage or partial loss of the shipment must be reported to the delivery service in writing upon delivery. Damage that is not externally visible must be reported immediately after discovery, but no later than within 7 days (except Sundays and public holidays). Please notify us in such cases as well.

Austria: € 7.50 – free shipping for orders over € 60.00

Germany: € 12.00 – free shipping for orders over € 100.00

EU countries: € 16.00 – free shipping for orders over € 150.00

Switzerland: € 25,00

Dear natural soap customers,

We would like to inform you about changes in our shipping rates. Due to price increases for external services and materials, such as postage and packaging materials, we are forced to adjust our shipping costs slightly (10%) from December 1st, 2023.

This decision was not taken lightly. Our top priority is always to provide you with high quality natural soaps at a fair price. We make sure that the quality of our products and our service for you always remain at the highest level. Unfortunately, the increased costs for shipping and packaging materials have reached a point where we can no longer fully absorb them without compromising our product quality or our service.

We strive to keep these increases as low as possible while maintaining the quality and sustainability you expect from us.
